Hello and welcome to my YNergy energy healing/training home page!

Why I am here:
While I believe we DO need medical professionals in our lives, I also think we can make life much better without having to rely solely on them (I was able to improve my own life significantly despite having Multiple Sclerosis and Fibromyalgia), and I would love to show you how easy it can be to do just that. I am a healer at heart and I REALLY want to help others learn how to live their best lives!

What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing works by using various methods to help people release negative emotions, stress, and pain. Practitioners use hands-on treatments such as massage, acupressure, reflexology, and Reiki to help clients relax and feel better.
